CIH and Grand Union held a second roundtable exploring the developing partnerships, between housing, health and social care, to benefit the health and wellbeing of local communities, and how these can be expanded. This is the second report looking at how shared approaches can be developed and embedded in the ways partner organisations work in place (find the first report here).
