CIH have submitted our consultation response to the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC) on the proposed replacement legislation for the Vagrancy Act. Whilst we warmly welcome the repeal of the outdated Vagrancy Act we have concerns on the further legislation being proposed.
