The National Housing Federation (NHF) invites CIH members to attend this webinar that will update them on the progress and next steps of Knowing our Homes: how we improve data collection on the condition of our homes and improve outcome, part of the BSHR.
In particular, this webinar will focus on the new project Make Every Contact Count: We know that many housing associations and partners in the NHS are already using this approach to make the most of existing touchpoints to check on homes and the wellbeing of residents.
