18 months ago, an independent commission published the Better Social Housing Review (BSHR). The BSHR included recommendations for how social housing providers could improve the quality of their homes and customer services.

Since its publication, a wave of new regulation has been introduced and the National Housing Federation (NHF) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) have published a joint action plan to support housing associations as they implement the recommendations and regulations. Housing associations have been making positive changes across their organisations and we are keen to share these case studies with our members.
