CIH response to Ofgem statutory consultation on involuntary PPM

CIH recognises the work that Ofgem has undertaken to better protect vulnerable households from the harms of forced prepayment meter installations. The establishment of the code of practice was a necessary development in Ofgem’s regulation of forced prepayment meter installations, and we welcome the opportunity to respond to the statutory consultation on Ofgem’s approach to integrating the Code into supplier license conditions.
